Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and articulate Customer Support to join our team for lead qualification. The primary responsibility will be to pre-qualify incoming leads by making calls to potential clients and evaluating them based on predefined criteria.

Key Responsibilities

  • Call the lead and qualify them using pre-set criteria.
  • Follow up with clients regularly to maintain their engagement.
  • Respond to clients promptly via call or WhatsApp.
  • Update all lead details accurately in the CRM system.
  • If the lead is qualified, book a site visit and assign it to the sales team for further processing.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand and apply lead qualification criteria.
  • Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM or Excel.
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
  • Language proficiency in English/Hindi
