Job Summary: We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Support Representatives. We have openings for both freshers and experienced candidates. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and resolving their queries effectively. Responsibilities : Handling inbound and/or outbound calls from customers. Providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and resolving customer queries. Managing customer accounts and maintaining accurate records. Following established scripts and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery. Identifying and escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members. Building rapport with customers and creating a positive customer experience. Meeting individual and team performance goals, including call resolution rates and customer satisfaction scores. Freshers & Experience : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal). Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. A positive attitude and willingness to learn. Proficiency in using computers and relevant software.
