Job Summary:

Responsibilities

  • Handling inbound and/or outbound calls from customers.
  • Providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and resolving customer queries.
  • Managing customer accounts and maintaining accurate records.
  • Following established scripts and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Identifying and escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members.
  • Building rapport with customers and creating a positive customer experience.
  • Meeting individual and team performance goals, including call resolution rates and customer satisfaction scores.

Freshers & Experience :

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Proficiency in using computers and relevant software.
