•Strong hands-on experience in Oracle CC&B Technical Architecture •Knowledge of database management (e.g., Oracle DB) •Experience with C2M (Customer to Meter) projects •Knowledge of Utilities domain (Billing, Rates, Metering)
Handle inbound and outbound calls for customers in the international process. Fluent in English (verbal & written). Freshers and experienced both Can apply. The ability to work in US shifts. 5 days working (US shift). Two-way cab facility provided.
