Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries via chat, email, or ticketing systems and provide accurate information or solutions.
  • Process data entries and maintain records with a high level of accuracy.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic issues for customers, sometimes related to technical services.
  • Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer satisfaction and workflow efficiency.
  • 24*7 flexible working shifts. For night shifts get two holidays.
  • Also gets incentives according to work and ability.

Required Skills

  • Excellent written communication and comprehension abilities in English
  • Good computer literacy; familiarity with basic office software.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proactive problem-solving and critical thinking attitude.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum qualification is often 12th pass or graduate; freshers and experienced candidates can both apply.
  • Salary ranges typically from ₹18,000 to ₹23,000 per month, depending on experience and company.
