· Job Title: Chat support executive/CSR

· Location: Gandhinagar (Infocity)

· Shift Timing: US Shift (8 PM IST –5:30 AM IST)

· Experience: 1+ Years (Fresher can apply)

Job Descriptions

· Prior experience with customer service/call centers/BPO/KPO in relevant job roles

· Excellent communication skills (Both Written & Verbal)

· Basic knowledge of computer operating systems and MS Office based applications

· Ability to work on data and generate various types of reports/ad-hoc reports with tight deadlines

· Strong customer-centric approach with the ability to understand and address customer needs and concerns effectively.

· Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously.

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve concern efficiently.

· Collaborative attitude with a willingness to work as part of a team to achieve common goals.
