Job Description

,Roles and Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer complaints.

Desired Candidate Profile:

0-3 years of experience in a BPO/Call Centre environment handling domestic processes.
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English; ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.

Preferred Candidate Profiles

Education - PUC / Any Graduate
Fresher / Experience
Language - English + Hindi
6 days working (Any 9 hours Login) - 24/7 shift
Salary - CTC 21000/-

System Confirigation:

Required Own System
Minimum 8GB RAM

Windows 10/11
Headphones (Mandatory)
