Job Description

,Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer complaints.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 0-3 years of experience in a BPO/Call Centre environment handling domestic processes.
  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English; ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.

Preferred Candidate Profiles

  • Education - PUC / Any Graduate
  • Fresher / Experience
  • Language - English + Hindi
  • 6 days working (Any 9 hours Login) - 24/7 shift
  • Salary - CTC 21000/-

System Confirigation:

  • Required Own System

  • Minimum 8GB RAM

  • WIFI Connection (min - 45wps)

  • Windows 10/11

  • Headphones (Mandatory)
