Job Summary

Customer Support Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via phone, email, and chat
• Cold calling to new users & drivers.
• Resolve issues related to rides, payments, driver/rider behavior
• Maintain high levels of professionalism and empathy
• Escalate critical issues to the internal operations team
• Maintain daily reports and customer feedback logs
• Work with internal teams to continuously improve customer experience

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in customer service or support role (Freshers with strong communication skills may apply)
• Proficiency in Gujarati, Hindi, and English
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with support tools (CRM/chat/email tools)
• Calm, patient, and positive attitude under pressure
