Job Description Voice Process Associate
Eligibility
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
- Experience: At least 1 year in **voice support / customer service**
Role & Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy
- Provide accurate information, resolve queries, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain call quality standards and adhere to process guidelines
- Work effectively in a **rotational shift environment**
- Collaborate with team members to achieve performance targets
Skills Required
- Strong verbal communication skills in English/Hindi (additional languages a plus)
- Active listening and problemsolving ability
- Confidence in handling customer escalations
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
Compensation
- Maximum CTC: **35,000 per month** (based on experience & interview performance)
