Job Title: Customer Care Executive Voice/Non-Voice Process Location: Gurgaon, Haryana Industry: BPO Employment Type: Full Time Experience Required: 0-3Years Salary: Upto 4LPA(Depending on experience) Working Days: 5/6 Days (Rotational Shifts) Role & responsibilities Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, or chats from customers. Resolve customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner. Provide accurate information regarding products/services. Maintain customer records by updating account information. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams when needed. Meet performance metrics. Preferred candidate profile Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass or Any Graduate.
