Job Profile We are looking for a Customer Support Executive (Female) to join our team! She will handle day-to-day tasks, Provide timely response to customer feedback or enquiries. Attend to customers' email and phone enquiries professionally and amicably. Liaise and coordinate between vendors to ensure the Campaign requirements are met. Assist with documentation tasks such as data entry, filing documents, and preparing reports. Your responsibilities will cover both Back office support and direct communication with customers across various platforms. Role & responsibilities This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Executive located in Navrangpura, Ahmedabad. In this role, you will be responsible for the following: Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, and chat. Manage office operations, with tasks like data entry, filing, and Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Perform general office duties, such as answering phones and responding to emails. Provide support with scheduling appointments, meetings, and events. Maintain a positive and professional image of the company . Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless customer experience. Perform other tasks as assigned. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's or Masters Degree preferred. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.(Only Female candidates apply) Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks as well as in a team environment. Experience in digital marketing and social media platforms is a plus. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and any other relevant software. Basic in English and Fluency in Hindi is required. Fluency in any other regional language is a plus.
