Job Summary: The Dispatch Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the scheduling, tracking, and coordination of deliveries and pickups. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, a great communicator, and capable of handling time-sensitive logistics tasks effectively. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule daily dispatches for deliveries and pickups. Communicate with drivers, warehouse staff, and customers to ensure smooth operations. Track shipments in real-time and ensure on-time deliveries. Maintain accurate records of dispatched, pending, and completed orders. Monitor vehicle availability and maintenance schedules. Handle last-minute changes and reroute dispatches when necessary. Resolve delivery-related issues, complaints, and delays in a timely manner. Prepare daily/weekly reports and performance metrics. Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred. 0-1 years of experience in logistics, dispatch, or transportation coordination. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and dispatch/tracking software. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
