Job Summary: LMDmax is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our US Customer Support Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our US-based clients via phone, email, and chat. You’ll play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving queries efficiently and professionally. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and live chats from US customers. High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree is a plus. Preferred Skills: Prior experience with e-commerce, SaaS, or telecom support is an advantage.
