Job Summary: The Dispatch Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the scheduling, tracking, and coordination of deliveries and pickups. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, a great communicator, and capable of handling time-sensitive logistics tasks effectively. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordinate and schedule daily dispatches for deliveries and pickups. 2. Communicate with drivers, warehouse staff, and customers to ensure smooth operations. 3. Track shipments in real-time and ensure on-time deliveries. 4. Maintain accurate records of dispatched, pending, and completed orders. 5. Monitor vehicle availability and maintenance schedules. 6. Handle last-minute changes and reroute dispatches when necessary. 7. Resolve delivery-related issues, complaints, and delays in a timely manner. 8. Prepare daily/weekly reports and performance metrics. 9. Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred. 2. 0-1 years of experience in logistics, dispatch, or transportation coordination. 3. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. 4. Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and dispatch/tracking software. 5. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. 6. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. 7. Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends if needed.
