Company Overview:

  • Handle customer queries via chat, email, or call in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist users with

    product setup, configuration, and implementation of SaaS software.

  • Coordinate with the technical team to resolve complex issues or custom requirements.
  • Guide customers through onboarding and training sessions to ensure smooth adoption.
  • Document customer feedback, feature requests, and recurring issues to improve user experience.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through clear communication and proactive problem-solving.
  • Maintain accurate logs of customer interactions in CRM tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline .
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn product workflows.
  • Ability to handle multiple queries efficiently.
  • Basic understanding of SaaS or customer support tools is a plus.
