React.js / Native Developer (Fresher)

We are looking for a passionate and motivated React.js/React Native Developer (Fresher) to join our team. As a fresher, you will work closely with our experienced developers and learn to build robust, high-performance web applications. Responsibilities: Collaborate with senior developers to design and develop user-friendly web and mobile applications using React.js/React Native. Assist in developing new user-facing features while ensuring code quality. Help integrate front-end components with RESTful APIs. Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving best practices. Troubleshoot and debug issues to optimize the performance of web applications. Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in React.js and web development. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Basic knowledge of React.js, React Native and JavaScript (ES6+). Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design. Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Compensation: 6 Months Probation/Training Period: Rs 20,000/- Per Month. Post successful completion of the probation/training period: Rs 5 LPA (Fixed). Increment after 18 months. Bond: 2 years bond from the date of joining. The bond value will be Rs 2,50,000/- Other Details: Working Days - Monday to Saturday during the probation period, afterward 5 days working (Monday - Friday).
