Inside Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation:

  Identify and reach out to potential customers through calls, emails, and social media.

• Customer Engagement:

  Establish strong relationships with prospective clients to understand their business needs.

• Product Presentation:

  Explain and demonstrate the value proposition of Antrikas SaaS-based products to potential customers.

• Sales Funnel Management:

  Manage leads through the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and nurturing.

• Market Research:

  Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to effectively position Antrikas solutions.

• Collaborate with Sales Teams:

  Work closely with the senior sales team to strategize on how to close deals and meet targets.

• Reporting:

  Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and progress using CRM tools.

Qualifications:

• Educational Requirement:

  PGDM/MBA in Marketing, BBA, BCom (or related fields will be preferred). Must be a 2024/25 pass-out.

• Excellent Communication Skills:

  Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Problem-Solving Mindset:

  Ability to understand customer pain points and align product offerings accordingly.

• Tech-Savvy:

  Interest in SaaS and technology solutions.

• Adaptability:

  Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Sales-Driven Attitude:

  Strong motivation to meet and exceed targets
