JOB LOCATION: Noida, Uttar Pradesh JOB TYPE: Full Time ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally and efficiently. Resolve client queries related to NuvertOS HMS software and services. Provide guidance and troubleshooting support to customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quick resolution of customer concerns. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while dealing with clients. ACADEMIC & TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS: Education: Any degree or equivalent qualification. Experience: Prior experience in customer support is a plus but not mandatory. SKILLS: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving and active listening abilities. Ability to handle customer concerns with patience and professionalism. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus. Availability: Full-time role with flexible working hours.
