Maintain a positive and professional attitude while dealing with clients. ACADEMIC & TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS: Education: Any degree or equivalent qualification. Experience: Prior experience in customer support is a plus but not mandatory. SKILLS: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving and active listening abilities. We are seeking a QA Engineer with both Manual and Automation testing . You will be responsible for finding and reporting bugs and glitches. Creates test plans for both new and existing software. JOB LOCATION: Noida JOB TYPE: Full Time EXPERIENCE: 2 years + Key Responsibilities: Responsible for planning, deployment and managing the quality assurance and testing for the project. Create and manage the Manual /Automated test framework (where applicable) such as preparing the test environment and maintaining functional testing scripts in accordance with the changing requirements. Work with the development team for user stories elaboration, test automation/ manual, bug fixes. Ensure that the Application Software meets the requirements of performance and load tests (as part of the System Performance Tests), validate the output, and expected outcomes and feedback on improvements required. Develop and execute test plans, test cases, test data, test scenarios, and other testing related documentation based on the requirements and technical specifications. Identify areas for improvement in the quality system. Identify process and application issues and provide suggestions to improve. Accurately report and track testing related defects and issues, by writing effective and thorough bug reports, and verify bug fixes. Evaluate product code according to specifications. Help troubleshoot issues. Researching issues in software through testing. Implementing it as per the structure of the project. Interacting with customers/clients to solve the various issues they face and updating on the situation. Managing the changes and executing regression tests. Coming up with exact solutions for problems related to object identity and error handling Creating, enhancing, debugging, and running the test cases. Collating and monitoring the defect management process. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related fields. 2+ years of Automation / Manual testing experience Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role Experience in Software Testing (Manual / Automated), System Test, Integration Test or User Acceptance Test. Ability to work individually and in a team as and when required. Experience in project management and QA methodology Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude Experience in Agile methodologies Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, RDBMS and MS Office Able to write SQL Queries Working well even under pressure.
