Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Provide quick, professional support across WhatsApp, calls, email, and chat.
Understand customer issues clearly and offer accurate technical/non-technical resolutions.
Maintain complete and accurate CRM updates for all interactions.
Take ownership of support tickets from start to closure.
Coordinate with service engineers and partners for onsite visits and installations.
Conduct customer follow-ups to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
Support onboarding by guiding new users on product features and maintenance.
Track SLAs and escalate proactively when delays occur.
Share recurring issues and customer insights with internal teams.
Prepare basic Excel reports and help improve service processes.
Represent the Karban brand with professionalism, empathy, and a solutions-oriented mindset at every customer touchpoint.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience required.
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Customer-focused and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
Proficiency in English.

Working Conditions:

Full-time position with standard working hours i.e. 9 AM - 6 PM, Monday to Saturday.
