Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and prior experience in handling customer queries and providing efficient service in the automobile industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails in a professional manner.
  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests promptly.
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales, Service, and Technical teams for issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through high-quality support.
  • Generate daily/weekly reports and share customer feedback with management.

Key Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 25 years of experience in customer support, preferably in the

    automobile sector

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
