Job Description What Youll Do:

Communicate with customers via chat, email, and phone to understand and resolve their concerns

Deliver effective and timely solutions to ensure customer satisfaction

Gather and share customer feedback to help improve our overall service experience

Coordinate with internal teams to address and resolve queries efficiently

Requirements:

Any graduate with 0-2 years of experience in customer support

Excellent communication skills are a must
