Job Description

We are hiring for Banking Process - On Bank Payroll

Role & responsibilities

Engage with customers to recover outstanding dues through phone calls and other communication channels.
Negotiate payment plans and settlements while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Update customer records and track collection progress.
Work closely with the collections team to achieve recovery targets.

Preferred candidate profile

Proficiency in English and proficiency in any of the local languages i.e. Telegu, Kannada and Gujrati
Must be comfortable with rotational shifts & week-offs
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer engagement.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
