Job Description

Data Entry and Processing: Accurately input, update, and maintain data in systems or databases. Ensure correctness and completeness of the entered information. Email and Chat Support: Respond to customer queries via email or live chat. Provide information, resolve complaints, or escalate issues as needed. Back-Office Operations: Perform backend tasks such as documentation, record keeping, order processing, etc. Support different departments like HR, Finance, or Operations depending on the process. Document Verification: Validate customer documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance. Identify and report inconsistencies or discrepancies. Data Research and Analysis: Conduct internet-based research or extract information from databases. Summarize and report findings as per business needs. CRM/ERP Tools Handling: Work on platforms like Salesforce, Zoho, SAP, or internal tools to manage workflow. Update customer profiles, transaction histories, or case logs. Adherence to SLA and Quality Standards: Meet performance metrics such as accuracy, TAT (Turn Around Time), and productivity. Follow company policies and data confidentiality guidelines.
