Customer Support Executive

You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner. Your main focus will be to address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide timely solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. It is essential to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions while following communication scripts and guidelines to provide a seamless experience. As a Customer Support Executive, you will need to identify customer needs and recommend relevant products or services. Collaboration with other departments will be necessary to ensure prompt resolution of any issues that may arise. It is important to stay updated on company policies, products, and services to provide accurate information to customers.
