Job Description

Dear candidate,

We are hiring for inbound customer support executive ( Banking process)

Work location- Malad

Exp- Fresher can apply

Good communication skill required

Salary- 17000CTC/ 13800 In hand ( Fresher)

Exp- 18000 CTC/ 14500 In hand

Shift- 24/7 ( any 9 hours /1 rotational week off)

Below is the JD.

Roles and Responsibilities

* Handle inbound customer calls, resolve queries, and provide excellent customer service.
* Process customer requests, address concerns, and escalate issues to senior team members when necessary.
* Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
* Meet performance targets for call handling time, resolution rates, and quality metrics.

Desired Candidate Profile

* 0-2 years of experience in a similar role (BPO voice process or inbound customer service).
* Strong communication skills with the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
* Proficiency in handling inbound calls, inbound voice processes, and domestic calling/processing.
