About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Chat Support Executive to join our growing team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support via chat, email, and calls. Your role is crucial in ensuring smooth communication, resolving queries, and delivering a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat, email, and calls.
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Offer detailed information about products, services, and ongoing offers.
• Resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction through end-to-end support.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex queries.
• Meet response and resolution time benchmarks.

Who Can Apply:

• Education: Any Graduate / Post Graduate
• Experience: 1–2 years in customer support (preferably in chat/email-based roles)
