About the role: As a BDA, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students, helping them make informed decisions about their music education journey. Your daily responsibilities involve connecting with students over a call, conducting sessions, comprehensively understanding the individual needs of students, and providing recommendations. What will you be doing? • Our Business Development Associate is responsible to be knowledgeable for the services of Dhunguru Music • Emphasize the features and uniqueness of curriculum. • Answer incoming sales calls and make outbound calls to prospective clients who have all visited our website (no cold calling). • Gain understanding of student’s specific needs and make recommendations based on those needs. • Answer questions related to our trainers and online teaching model. • Diligently communicating and priming the lead through channels like email, WhatsApp, SMS, calls. • Contacting New and existing students to discuss needs and requirements. • Achieving monthly sales targets, performance driven competitive environment.
