Job Title: Social Media Intern

Location: Gurgaon

Type: Full-time Internship

Duration: 3 months

Stipend: 12,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the brand’s presence across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X (formerly Twitter), ensuring consistent tone, voice, and aesthetic.
• Write captions, copies, tags, and articles.
• Brainstorm new ideas and stay on top of social media trends.
• Respond quickly to each DM and comment, and do rigorous follow-ups.
• Identify musicians/artists that align best with the brand’s purpose.
• Manage collaborations and respective campaigns.
• Reach out to Gurus and Students for UGC content.
• Manage engagement, posting, and interacting on brand accounts.
• Work on the social media calendar.
• Collaborate with the design team to execute the social media plan.

Who You Are:

• A strong communicator with a flair for writing and storytelling.
• Highly organized, responsive, and detail-oriented.
• Familiar with major social media platforms, tools, and current trends.
• Passionate about music, arts, and cultural conversations.
• Comfortable working independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related fields.
• Proficiency with tools like Canva, Buffer, Later, or similar schedulers is a plus.
