Job Title: Customer Support Executive – Airtel Black Process Company: Altruist Technology Location: No. 23 & 24, Hosur Road, Bommanahalli, Bengaluru, Karnataka – 560068 Salary: ₹20,000 (Take Home) Shift: Rotational shifts between 6:00 AM and 9:00 PM Week Off: Rotational, 2 days per week Experience: Minimum 1 year in customer support Education: Graduate (Any Discipline) Languages Required: Proficient in English and Hindi Gender: Open to Male and Female candidates Age Limit: Up to 30 years Job Summary: We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Support Executives for the Airtel Black Process. You will be responsible for resolving customer queries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering a seamless service experience. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls regarding Airtel Black services. Provide accurate information related to billing, technical support, and account queries. Resolve complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams. Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions. Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure issue resolution. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data security and confidentiality. Meet performance targets related to customer satisfaction, resolution time, and call handling. Skills & Competencies: Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure. Strong problem-solving skills and customer-first mindset.
