Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Specialist located in Ahmedabad. The Customer Success Specialist will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing customer support, and maintaining positive client relationships. Day-to-day tasks include addressing customer inquiries, analyzing customer feedback, and communicating effectively to resolve issues. The role also involves contributing to the improvement of customer service processes and collaborating with other team members to achieve customer success goals.

• 2+ Experience in the ERP or tech industry is a plus
