As a Customer Success Specialist at our company, your primary responsibility will be to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and success. Monitoring customer usage and engagement to identify areas where additional support may be needed, you will work closely with the sales and technical support teams to ensure seamless customer service. Addressing customer complaints effectively and striving for quick resolutions will be part of your daily tasks. Gathering customer feedback and collaborating with the product team to enhance features and usability will also be crucial in your role. To excel in this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, along with at least 3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role. Experience in SaaS or accounting software companies is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building relationships with customers, and a problem-solving mindset will help you efficiently handle customer concerns. Familiarity with CRM tools and customer engagement platforms is advantageous, and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with a customer-first approach is key. As a candidate for this role, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Ensure accurate computation, deduction, and deposit of TDS and TCS as per applicable laws. - Pass accounting entries related to TDS and TCS in compliance with statutory requirements. - Work with Tally ERP for day-to-day accounting tasks, including ledger maintenance and reconciliation. - Stay updated with changes in TDS and TCS regulations and implement them accordingly. - Generate TDS and TCS reports with accurate information for compliance and auditing purposes. - Conduct end-to-end testing of accounting processes within the Kitaabh platform, including data entry, reconciliations, and report generation for TDS & TCS compliances. - Identify, document, and report bugs, inconsistencies, and usability issues. - Collaborate with the product and development teams to communicate testing results and recommend enhancements. In terms of qualifications, you should possess: - Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting or related field. - Candidate with CA or CMA background will be a plus. - Prior experience in taxation, especially TDS and TCS compliance. - Knowledge of GST compliance will be an added advantage. Please note that technical skills in using Tally ERP and proficiency in MS Excel are essential for this role. A strong understanding of TDS & TCS provisions under the Income Tax Act, along with good communication skills, analytical skills, and attention to detail, will be beneficial in effectively managing tax and accounting tasks.,
