Customer Success Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries, concerns, and requests with professionalism and empathy.
• Manage customer retention by identifying pain points and providing timely solutions.
• Resolve escalations, including

  Founder-level escalations

  , with accuracy and urgency.
• Maintain detailed records and reports using

  advanced MS Excel skills

• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth resolution of issues.
• Analyze customer trends, feedback, and recurring issues to suggest improvements.
• Deliver consistent follow-up and ensure closure of all assigned customer cases.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum

  1 year of experience

  in Customer Success / Customer Support / Retention roles.

• Excellent communication skills

  (verbal & written).
• Strong

  MS Excel proficiency

  (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, dashboards preferred).
• Expertise in

  customer handling and retention

  strategies.
• Experience in handling

  critical and founder escalations

  .
• Strong logical thinking, problem-solving, and reasoning ability.
• Ability to remain calm and solution-focused under pressure.
