Customer Success Specialist

As a Customer Onboarding and Support Executive at SalesPanda, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful onboarding and support of our valued customers. Your responsibilities will involve guiding clients through our software platform, providing education on product features, and offering top-notch support to help them maximize their experience with our solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Walk through and train clients on the software platform, educating them on all product features and processes. - Develop a deep understanding of our support bundle and other solutions. - Collaborate with customers to effectively address issues via phone, live chat, and emails. - Assist customers in navigating through the application/tool. - Diagnose software issues and collaborate with our product and engineering team following established processes. - Support our customer base in utilizing our support suite to its fullest potential. - Deliver personalized solutions to help customers progress in their journey and benefit our business. - Work closely with our internal team and account owners. - Identify opportunities for existing customers to leverage our platforms effectively and overcome obstacles. - Maintain composure, enthusiasm, and flexibility in handling case volumes and addressing upcoming questions. Qualifications Required: - Organized, detail-oriented, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - 6 months-1 year of experience, preferably in software applications. - Full-time graduation is mandatory.
