As a Territory Sales Manager (B2B & B2C) at NoBrokerHood, we are seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our team. Your primary responsibility will involve acquiring leads and driving revenue by bringing new apartment complexes and societies onboard. This will entail meeting potential clients in person and effectively presenting and explaining the NoBrokerHood product. Your role will require a minimum of 1-5 years of successful sales experience with a proven track record of meeting targets. An interest in Business Development for Software Application products/solutions is essential. You will be responsible for conducting product demonstrations, highlighting key features, and showcasing the value of the solution to prospective clients. Understanding the business scope and expectations of Apartment Committee Members will also be a crucial aspect of your role. In addition to onboarding new apartments onto the NoBrokerHood platform, you will be tasked with researching potential leads from various sources. Strong communication skills, proficiency in Hindi and English (knowledge of regional languages is a bonus), and the ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) with a week off between Monday and Thursday are required. Proficiency in MS Office applications and effective presentation and negotiation abilities are also necessary.
