Role Summary:

We’re looking for a dynamic recruiter with hands-on experience in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent. The role involves full-cycle recruitment, collaborating with department managers, and building a strong talent pipeline to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies
  • Source candidates via databases (Naukri), social platforms (LinkedIn), and other channels
  • Conduct screenings and interviews using structured methods
  • Draft and update job descriptions and postings
  • Coordinate assessments, reference checks, and offer rollouts
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new hires
  • Maintain reports, track recruitment metrics, and follow HR best practices
  • Build strong candidate relationships and promote a positive employer brand


Key Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with end-to-end recruitment
  • Skilled in conducting different interview types (structured, competency, etc.)
  • Familiarity with ATS, recruitment tools, and platforms like Naukri
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
  • Knowledge of HR tech systems and selection processes
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and hiring needs simultaneously
