Associate Sales Manager (ERP Software Sales) Location : Delhi-NCR Experience Required : 4 to 6 Years Industry: Software / IT Solutions Specialization: ERP Software Sales About the Role : We’re looking for an energetic and result-driven Sales Professional with hands-on experience in ERP Software Sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets through strategic sales efforts. Key Responsibilities : ➡️Identify and pursue new business opportunities for ERP software products and services. ➡️Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals. ➡️Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients. ➡️Manage the complete sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure. ➡️Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. ➡️Collaborate with the technical and support teams for successful project delivery. ➡️Regularly report on sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts. Requirements : 🔹️Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field. 🔹️4–6 years of proven experience in ERP Software Sales (mandatory). 🔹️Strong understanding of B2B software sales processes. 🔹️Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 🔹️Ability to work independently with a target-driven approach. 🔹️Strong client handling and relationship management skills. Terms & Conditions : ◽️This position requires onsite client visits and travel as per business requirements. ◽️Candidates must have a valid driving license and be willing to travel within assigned territories. ◽️Performance will be reviewed quarterly based on sales targets and client acquisition. ◽️The candidate must be ready to undergo product training and assessment during the probation period.
