➡️Identify and pursue new business opportunities for ERP software products and services.
➡️Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals.

➡️Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
➡️Collaborate with the technical and support teams for successful project delivery.
➡️Regularly report on sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts.
🔹️Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field.
🔹️4–6 years of proven experience in ERP Software Sales (mandatory).
🔹️Strong understanding of B2B software sales processes.
🔹️Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
🔹️Ability to work independently with a target-driven approach.
🔹️Strong client handling and relationship management skills.
◽️This position requires onsite client visits and travel as per business requirements.
◽️Candidates must have a valid driving license and be willing to travel within assigned territories.
◽️Performance will be reviewed quarterly based on sales targets and client acquisition.
◽️The candidate must be ready to undergo product training and assessment during the probation period.
