Customer Success Specialist

Role Description

Looking for an ambitious Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our sales and growth team in Kanpur. This is a full-time, on-site role. The BDA will play a key role in expanding our student base by connecting with leads, understanding their learning needs, and guiding them to the right program.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Identifying and contacting potential students through outbound calls and follow-ups.

• Building strong relationships with leads and understanding their trading/learning goals.

• Effectively communicating the value of our training programs.

• Managing the end-to-end sales cycle – from lead generation to student enrollment.

• Achieving and exceeding sales and revenue targets.

• Maintaining accurate records of interactions in the CRM/database.

• Coordinating with the operations team to ensure smooth student onboarding.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales / business development / telesales.

• Ability to identify opportunities and close deals.

• Good organizational and time management skills.

• Self-motivated and target-driven individual.

• Prior experience in edtech, financial services, or telesales is preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field is an advantage.
