Job Description

Support the Customer Success team in daily operations, including customer onboarding, account management, and post-sale support.
Assist in tracking and analyzing customer usage and satisfaction metrics to identify areas for improvement.Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Customer Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and challenges.Provide exceptional customer support and service.

Customer Onboarding:
Manage the customer onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition.Provide training and support to customers as needed.

Customer Success Planning:
Develop and implement customer success plans tailored to individual customer needs.Track customer progress and identify areas for improvement.

Value Delivery:
Help customers realize the full value of our products or services.Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Customer Renewal and Expansion:
Drive customer renewals and expansions.Negotiate contracts and pricing terms.
