Job Overview:

We’re looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Customer Success Manager to own and nurture partner relationships post-onboarding. You’ll ensure our developers, brokers, and agencies achieve real value from Propkee—driving adoption, engagement, and long-term retention. Acting as a strategic partner, you’ll help customers grow with the platform while feeding insights back to internal teams.


What you’ll do:

● Upload and manage property content, images, and details into the Propkee platform with accuracy and speed.

● Liaise with property developers, brokers, and agencies to gather any missing information or assets.

● Ensure all listings meet Propkee’s content and quality guidelines before going live.

● Coordinate with the sales team to prioritise partner onboarding and meet agreed timelines.

● Conduct platform walkthroughs with partners, helping them understand how to make the most of their listings.

● Troubleshoot any issues during onboarding and escalate to technical teams when needed.

● Maintain up-to-date records of partner progress and onboarding status in CRM tools.

 

What We’re Looking For:

● 1–3 years of experience in client onboarding, account coordination, or operations—real estate or proptech background is a plus.

● Sharp attention to detail with strong organisational skills.

● Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with partners in both written and verbal formats.

● Comfortable juggling multiple onboarding projects at once without losing track.

● A problem-solver who takes initiative rather than waiting for instructions.

● Proficiency in CRM systems and basic data entry tools.

● Fluency in English is required; Arabic or other languages are an advantage.
