What You'll Do

• Own the Onboarding Journey

• Be the first point of contact for UAE brokers & developers coming onto Propkee.
• Verify trade licenses, RERA IDs, and Trakheesi permits before listings go live.
• Make onboarding smooth, quick, and delightful.

• Guard the Quality of Content

• Review and upload property videos, ensuring they meet Propkee’s

  video-first guidelines

• QC every listing for accuracy (pricing, permits, media quality).
• Keep the platform free of duplicates, errors, and non-compliant content.

• Run Critical Operations

• Manage trackers, dashboards, and CRM entries (Zoho/Sheets) with precision.
• Handle manual but business-critical workflows like video uploads & listing updates.
• Ensure UAE property pipelines are updated daily and go live without delays.

• Improve, Don’t Just Maintain

• Spot gaps in onboarding or QC and suggest better workflows.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and tech to refine Propkee’s supply-side processes.
  

What We Are Looking For

• 2–3 years of experience in

  operations, onboarding, or supply-side management

  (real estate/marketplace/UAE experience = huge plus).
• Eye for detail - you notice the extra zero in a price or a missing permit number.
• Comfortable doing detail-heavy tasks that keep a PropTech platform trustworthy.
• Strong communication in English.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with CRM tools like Zoho is an advantage.
• Start-up mindset: agile, resourceful, and not afraid to get your hands dirty.
