Job Summary:

results-driven and client-focused Customer/Client Success Lead


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive

    IT and SaaS sales growth

    through client need analysis, solution positioning, and tailored demonstrations that maximize product value.
  • Collaborate with

    sales and product teams

    to convert leads, implement upsell/cross-sell campaigns, and support renewals.
  • Conduct

    regular account reviews

    and provide strategic insights to help clients achieve their goals and increase platform adoption.
  • Partner with developers and CRM teams to

    optimize investor portals and dashboards

    , enhancing self-service capabilities and overall experience.
  • Train clients and internal teams on

    product features, updates, and data tools

    to improve adoption and reduce manual support requirements.
  • Leverage analytics to track and improve

    NPS, churn rates, and CLTV

    to drive client engagement and retention.
  • Stay updated on

    emerging trends in IT, SaaS, and digital investment tools

    to introduce innovation into CRM operations.


Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in

    SaaS / IT Sales

    , customer lifecycle management, and driving product adoption
  • Strong command of

    CRM tools

    , lead nurturing workflows, and client servicing
  • Excellent

    communication, negotiation

    relationship management

    skills
  • Data-driven and analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and act on
