Customer Success Manager

As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring success for our Clients as well as for Cerebraix. Your focus will be on generating new sales and maintaining strong client relationships. Here are the key responsibilities and qualifications:

Responsibilities:

Client Relationship & Account Management including the below resposnsibilities

  • Sales and Revenue Generation:
  • Drive new sales by identifying opportunities within existing accounts
  • Actively seeking out new customers leveraging prospecting tools such as Linkedin Sales Navigator and others.
  • Develop strategies to upsell and expand our services to meet revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop features and product improvements that align with client needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients.
  • Understand clients’ hiring needs, job requirements, and expectations.
  • Collaborate closely with department heads and hiring managers to align our services with client goals.

Onboarding and Implementation:

  • Handle the onboarding process for new accounts.
  • Ensure smooth implementation of our platform for clients.
  • Provide training and support to clients during the initial setup.

Customer Success Score Metrics:

  • Monitor and track customer success metrics.
  • Proactively address any issues or escalations to maintain high customer satisfaction.

Prescriptive Guidance:

  • Act as an advocate for our clients, helping them achieve their business outcomes.
  • Foster greater adoption and usage of our Talent Acquisition platform.

Qualification

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Post Graduate Diploma in Management/MBA preferred

Experience:

  • 4-5+ years previous experience in B2B Sales or Business Development in IT Services, SaaS, Consulting and other similar tech driven industries
  • Familiarity with talent acquisition processes and platforms.
  • Comfortable dealing with complex systems, multiple stakeholders and end-to-end business processes.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
