Customer Success Manager

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities

• Own

  end-to-end client relationships

  across Marketing, Digital, CX & Leadership teams.
• Drive

  revenue growth via upsell & cross-sell

  in collaboration with Sales.
• Lead

  client onboarding, deployment & training

  for successful adoption.
• Ensure

  >80% product adoption

  across enabled modules.
• Deliver

  performance insights, analytics & value reports

  .
• Manage

  renewals, retention & churn prevention

  .
• Handle

  issue resolution & high-priority escalations

  with Tech/Product.
• Support

  internal teams with customer intelligence & market feedback

  .
• Maintain

  CRM hygiene, documentation & process excellence

  .
• Act as a

  CX/MarTech product expert

  with strong market & competitor awareness.

Preferred candidate profile

• 2-4 years in Customer Success/Account Management (Enterprise).
• Proven upsell & revenue ownership.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media & CX.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
