Key Responsibilities

• Client Engagement & Relationship Building

• Act as the primary point of contact for high-profile clients, building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships.
• Understand client needs, brand vision, and project expectations to drive satisfaction and trust.

• End-to-End Project Coordination

• Coordinate communication between clients and internal teams (designers, project managers, production units, vendors).
• Ensure project goals, timelines, and deliverables are achieved with precision.

Strategic Collaboration

• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Design, Implementation, Sales, Project, and Factory) to align project execution with creative and strategic goals.

Design Review & Approval

• Manage the design review and approval process, incorporating client feedback to deliver seamless mockups and high-quality final outputs.

Quality Delivery

• Monitor all stages of project execution, ensuring consistency with the design intent and delivering exceptional customer experience at every touchpoint.

Desired Skills & Experience

• 5–10 years of experience in Client Success / Project Coordination, preferably in Design, Interiors, Architecture, or Creative Services.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple high-value clients and fast-paced, evolving projects.
• Comfortable collaborating with multidisciplinary teams including design, production, and on-site execution.
• Customer-first mindset with a creative and solution-oriented approach.
• Experience working with marquee clients like Amazon, Google, Intel, Microsoft, Wipro, etc., is a plus.

Educational Qualification

• Graduate in Design, Architecture, or a related field with strong knowledge of products, materials, and design processes.
• A deep understanding of spatial design principles and brand-driven experiences is highly preferred.
