About the Role

Greentech is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Environmental Graphic Design (EGD), spatial design, branding, or advertising and a strong ability to translate client visions into impactful design solutions. This role is perfect for professionals who love working at the intersection of creativity, strategy, and client engagement.

Responsibilities

Work closely with the design lead and project teams to develop innovative design concepts, themes, and strategies that align with client objectives and brand identity.

Create compelling mockups, presentations, proposals, and pitches that clearly communicate ideas and design intent.

Collaborate with clients, project managers, and multidisciplinary teams (illustrators, fabricators, production units, vendors) to bring concepts to life.

Develop designs for wall graphics, wayfinding systems, signage, art installations, and exhibition/office environments.

Incorporate client feedback effectively while ensuring quality and consistency with the original design vision.

Stay updated with design trends, new materials, and creative technologies to bring fresh thinking into every project.

Support the end-to-end process from concept creation to execution, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Architecture, Interior Design, Spatial Design, or related creative fields.

3-10 years of professional experience in design studios, advertising agencies, architecture/interior firms, or EGD/spatial design companies.

Strong portfolio showcasing work in branding, visual storytelling, environmental graphics, or experiential design.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and familiarity with design presentation tools.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact with clients and internal teams.

Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail, aesthetics, and spatial design principles.

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
