Job Description

About the Role • Strategic ownership of enterprise accounts, driving delivery, client experience, and revenue growth. • Responsible for managing a cross-functional team across operations, upsell, cross- sell, and client engagement. • Act as the single point of contact and internal champion for the client, ensuring exceptional service and long-term value creation. Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage end-to-end operations, delivery, and client success for high-value enterprise accounts. • Drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives aligned with client needs and AuthBridge’s service offerings. • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Tech, Sales, Compliance) to ensure on-time and high-quality service delivery. • Monitor and improve account health metrics, team performance, and client satisfaction levels. • Develop deep client relationships, understand pain points, and proactively suggest solutions. • Deliver periodic performance reports and insights to both internal stakeholders and clients. Must Have Work Experience • 7–10 years of experience with a strong focus on people management and client- facing roles. • Prior experience in client success, operations, or customer delivery roles. • Proven ability to manage large enterprise relationships and drive business outcomes. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage metrics and improve service. • Immediate or short-notice joiners preferred. Qualification & Functional Skills • Graduate/Postgraduate from a reputed institute (MBA preferred). • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong stakeholder management and client-facing ability at senior levels. • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; comfortable with data-driven reporting. • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment. • Strong ownership mindset with attention to detail. • Competencies: o Client Centricity o Analytical Thinking o People Leadership o Strategic Execution o Collaboration & Team Management Show more Show less
