Customer Success Lead

As an Alumni Relationship Professional at our company, your role will involve leading a team of Customer Success Managers and Relationship Managers. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading a team of Customer Success Managers and Relationship Managers to ensure effective engagement with alumni. - Understanding customer goals and challenges to align Vaave's solutions for measurable outcomes. - Overseeing the successful implementation of initiatives by the Customer Success Managers. - Generating opportunities for the upsell team through collaboration with institutions and identifying additional value areas. - Driving outreach and awareness of Vaave's products, services, and leadership programs in institutions. - Designing structured playbooks and best practices to guide the Customer Success team for consistent and high-quality customer outcomes. - Collaborating with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Support teams for a seamless customer experience. - Tracking OKRs for customer success and engagement initiatives. - Sharing customer feedback with internal teams to influence product and process improvements. Key Skills/Activities: - Proven expertise in driving customer success within SaaS environments. - Skilled in identifying upselling opportunities and delivering additional value through strategic account management. - Exceptional communication skills to build strong relationships, influence stakeholders, and convey complex ideas clearly.
