Join us in our journey to revolutionize education counseling.Position Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced female Manager - Admissions to lead our MBA counseling division in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate is a passionate and results-driven professional with a proven track record in student counseling ( Preferably for MBA programs). You will be responsible for driving admissions, building and managing a high-performing team of counselors, and fostering strong relationships with our channel partners to fuel business growth.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership: Design and implement effective admission strategies to achieve and exceed enrollment targets for MBA programs.Student Counseling: Lead and directly participate in counseling prospective students, offering expert guidance on application processes, and career outcomes to ensure high conversion rates.Team Management: Recruit, train, and manage a team of admission counselors.
